What to expect?

A Legacy Church service has certain rhythms each week that you can count on. We are
casually dressed and it is about an hour-long service.

First, all church families (including kids) and guests start in the Foskett Main Auditorium
(gym) with fresh coffee available. Make yourself at home and enjoy! We sing several
worship songs with printed lyrics available so you can join in. We believe in modeling for
our future generations, so we keep the kids in with the adults for this portion of the
service to experience.

We have Communion most weeks to share in the Lord’s Table
(This is act of remembrance of Jesus's sacrifice on the cross for the forgiveness of sins.
The bread represents Jesus's broken body, while the wine/grape juice represents his
blood that he shed).

The kids are then excused to the Foskett School Library (Kids Church) where we
have age-appropriate activities and Bible lessons that are crafted to keep their attention.
They will be accompanied by background checked adults. Their time can include a craft, game,
snack, and Bible book or video teaching.

Next, we will get into God’s word with a Bible Teaching from our Pastoral team. We will have notes provided for you but many like to bring their own Bible and notebook along with them. We have Prayer Cards available if you need to request prayer from our Prayer Team.

Also, we have Giving Envelopes available if you would like to donate to our ministries (online giving is also available).

Feel free to approach our team at any time with any questions you may have. We end
with a short prayer and then, parents go pick up their kids from the library. Many folks
like to hang around for a few minutes after service to visit with each other. We look
forward to meeting you and getting to know you soon!
